Wildcat Volleyball Unveils 2026 Schedule

ABILENE - Abilene Christian volleyball will host 14 matchups at Moody Coliseum, including a pair of tournaments, with the release of its 2026 schedule this week. The Wildcats will play 16 conference matches in their debut season in the United Athletic Conference and hit the road for a pair of contests versus power conference opponents.
ACU looks to build upon a 2025 campaign that featured its most wins since 2018 and first conference tournament victory in eight years. Four All-Conference Wildcats return to action, including Hannah Gonzalez (First Team), Rachel Koss (Second Team), Hadlee Welch (All-Freshman) and Brennan Ramirez (All-Freshman).
The Wildcats lift the lid on the new campaign at home with the ACU Invitational. They host Lamar on Aug. 28, then take on Cal State Bakersfield and North Texas in a twin bill the next day. ACU will meet the Roadrunners for the first time in program history.
The Wildcats then head to Space City for a tournament co-hosted by Houston and Texas Southern. ACU gets started against the Cougars on Sept. 3 at the Fertitta Center, then plays Houston Christian and Texas Southern on Sept. 4 at the Tigers' H&PE Arena.
ACU continues its road trip with a pair of matches versus Oral Roberts on Sept. 11-12 in Tulsa, Okla. The Wildcats complete the weekend against Southeastern Conference foe Oklahoma on Sept. 13 at the Sooners' historic McCasland Field House.
ACU returns to the Big Country for its annual Wildcat Classic on Sept. 17-19. The Wildcats open the weekend versus Louisiana Tech ahead of a Sept. 18 meeting with Prairie View A&M. ACU wraps up nonconference play against reigning Southland Conference champion Stephen F. Austin on Sept. 19.
The Wildcats begin conference action on the road, taking on North Alabama on Sept. 24 in their UAC debut before battling West Georgia on Sept. 26. The Wildcats' UAC home opener is set for Oct. 1, beginning a three-match swing at Moody Coliseum.
