DENTON, Texas – Abilene Christian soccer continues the 2025 season this week with a road test against North Texas. The Wildcats enter the matchup 3-3 on the season, looking to build momentum against the Mean Green, who also sit 3-3 this year.
ACU faced UNT back in 2024, where the Wildcats were able to pull off a 0-0 tie against the Mean Green on Senior Day. Abilene Christian and North Texas have had a shared history since 2014. ACU has not been able to come out victorious in each matchup, but it will have a chance to change the outcome on Thursday.
UNT hosts ACU coming from Norman, Okla. The Sooner were able to scrape by the Mean Green with a final score of 1-0. With some recent wins against McNeese and Sam Houston, UNT will bring some competition against ACU.
Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. CT at the Mean Green Soccer Stadium in Denton. The match will be streamed on ESPN+, with live stats available on ACUsports.com.
