Maria Cascos pushed her match to three sets before falling at line four.
Andrea Guerrero and
Olivia Sears were up 4-2 in their doubles match but Tulsa clinched the point for doubles and the match was not completed.
ACU returns to action next week, traveling to San Antonio for a neutral-court match against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
