
Grayson Tatrow named WAC Hitter of the Week

ARLINGTON – The Western Athletic Conference announced its weekly baseball awards of the season, and Abilene Christian's Grayson Tatrow took home WAC Hitter of the Week honors. Tatrow broke out offensively, leading ACU to a 3-1 series win over Houston Christian. The senior, who already has set the Division I career home run record at ACU, is in his third season with the 'Cats, and hit .500 for the weekend while driving in a remarkable 13 runs.
The Wildcats open WAC play this coming weekend when SFA comes to Crutcher Scott Field for three games, beginning on Friday, March 10 at 6:05 p.m.

Tatrow's Weekend
- Led ACU with a .500 batting average, going 7-14 in four games
- Slugged .786 with a double and a homer for a total of 11 bases for the weekend
- Drove in 13 runs and tallied a .529 on-base percentage
- Drove in five runs in game two of the series on three hits, and drove in four runs in the finale on Sunday
- Now leads ACU with 15 runs driven in this season and 10 walks
