ABILENE, Texas — The Wildcats dominated the Huskies on Wednesday night to move to 10-0 at home and 17-3 overall. This is the best 20-game start for ACU since making the jump to DI. The Wildcats jumped out to a quick 6-0 start and pushed their lead to as much as 12 in less than eight minutes of action. ACU was able to force turnovers early and often and turned those into scoring opportunities and held a 26-point leading heading into the half. The team held as much as a 40-point lead in the second half and held on for the 88-59 win.

ACU moves to 9-1 in conference to remain tied stop the standings with Sam Houston. The Huskies fall to 2-6.
Key Plays
- Reggie Miller got the scoring started with a made three after the team forced a turnover on the other end.
- Damien Daniels had a steal that led to a fastbreak dunk from Joe Pleasant that gave ACU a 14-point lead.
- Miller made his third three of the night on an assist from Logan McLaughlin that gave the Wildcats a 22-point lead with less than eight minutes to play in the first half
- Coryon Mason forced a steal late in the first half, making an outlet pass to Miller. Miller's layup attempt was blocked, but Mahki Morris grabbed the offensive board and fed the ball back to Mason who had a monster dunk.
- Kolton Kohl got the second half started with a block on one end and followed it with a fast break layup on the other end on the feed from Mason.
- McLaughlin hit a deep pullup three that gave the Wildcats their largest lead at 40 points
- Tobias Cameron hit his lone three of the night to get the Wildcats to 85 points with three minutes left to play.

The Wildcats defense dominated from the opening tip and got out to an early 12-point lead on a second chance bucket from
Kolton Kohl which pushed the momentum fully in favor of ACU.

ACU will play their fourth game in eight days on Saturday when they host A&M-Corpus Christi in a rematch of Monday night's game in Corpus. The Wildcats won the first round by 13-points and will look for the season sweep on Saturday night. Tip is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. following the volleyball match and women's basketball game.
