ABILENE – ACU soccer will play its fourth game of the seven-game fall schedule this weekend as they battle the Belles of Angelo State at Elmer Gray Stadium on Friday, Sept. 25. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. and the match can be seen on ACUSports.com. It will be the first meeting between the schools in eight seasons as ACU plays the first of four straight home games.

SERIES HISTORY
- ACU is 7-3 all-time against its former rivals from the Lone Star Conference of NCAA Division II.

ACU STORYLINES
- ACU dropped its season opener to Louisiana, 2-0, before earning a 1-1 tie with SFA on opening weekend in Lafayette, La. and Nacogdoches, Texas. The Wildcats are coming off a road win back on Sept. 13 at Texas State, winning 3-2 in overtime.

SCOUTING ANGELO STATE
- The Belles had their season pulled from them as a member of NCAA Division II, but will come to Abilene for their first game.
- ASU went 12-5-2 in 2019, including 8-4-1 in the Lone Star. The Belles lost on PKs in their first LSC Tournament game to Lubbock Christian.
