The Hounds of Eastern New Mexico also have started their season 2-0 with wins coming against New Mexico Highlands (66-38) and Fort Lewis (58-55). Last year's team went 16-12 overall and 12-8 vs. the Lone Star Conference, falling to Tarleton State in the first round of the league's tournament (83-61).
