MOBILE, Ala. – The ACU Wildcats are back on the golf course Monday and Tuesday for their second spring tournament of the season, this time at the Mobile Sports Authority Intercollegiate.
The Wildcats will play the 54-hole tournament at the par-72, 7,212-yard Magnolia Grove Crossings Golf Course. Each team in the field will play 36 holes Monday with a finishing 18 holes Tuesday.
Auburn won the team tournament title for the fourth straight time in 2016, but the Tigers will not be back in 2017 to defend their championships. ACU will be joined in the field by the hosts from South Alabama, as well as Alcorn State, Chattanooga, Cincinnati, Georgia State, Illinois State, Kansas State, Louisiana-Lafayette, Louisville, Mississippi State, Southern Miss, Texas State, West Virginia, and Western Kentucky.
ACU will be represented in the field by Ryan Beatty, G.K. Morrison, Garrett Glanton, Robert Johnson and Bryce Dooley, while Jack Conner will play as an individual.
