ABILENE -- The ACU Wildcats have moved their non-conference doubleheader against
Incarnate Word to Tuesday because of the possibility of bad weather in
the Abilene area on Wednesday.
The Wildcats and Cardinals will get the doubleheader started at 1 p.m. at ACU's Wells Field. ACU is 16-9 on the season after losing both ends of a doubleheader Saturday at Wichita Falls. The Cardinals are 11-12 overall, but 4-0 in the Heartland Conference.
After the doubleheader against Incarnate Word on Tuesday, the Wildcats will return to Lone Star Conference South Division action Friday and Saturday with a three-game series against Texas Woman's.
