Jayna Hanson Hall joined the ACU staff in August 2022 and serves as the assistant athletic trainer for volleyball, cross country and track and field, as well as the director of therapeutic modality servicing, ordering, and summer camp organization.
 
She was an athletic trainer for the US Air Force, working with the basic military trainees as well as the security forces technical school students and has an extensive background in injury prevention, injury tracking and running mechanics. Hanson Hall won the VIPER Sports Medicine Award for Outstanding Service from the USAF 37th Training Wing and 433rd Training Squadron in 2022.
 
Hanson Hall received her bachelor of science degree in kinesiology with a concentration in athletic training from ACU in 2018. She was Action Sports Medicine Student Athletic Trainer of the Year in 2014 at ACU and Southwest Athletic Trainer’s Association’s Pharmacal Frank Medina Graduate Scholarship while at ACU in 2018. She earned her master of science degree in athletic training from Charleston Southern University in 2020.
 
A member of SWATA since 2020 and the National Athletic Trainer’s Association since 2017, Hanson Hall is licensed through the Texas Athletic Training holds Athletic Training Board certification.
