2022-2023: Cross Country – competed in 5 XC meets of the season for ACU, finishing as the #2 finisher for ACU in each of the last three meets. Prudence ended the season with a finish of 35^th in the WAC Conference meet and 65^th in the South Central Region Championship.

2021-2022: Cross Country – placed 8^th at the WAC championship and qualified for the NCAA national XC meet by getting 10^th in the South Central XC championship in Waco. Indoors – at the WAC championship, she placed 8^th in the 5K and 15t in the 3K. Earlier in the season, she also placed 6^th in the Red Raider Open 3K. Outdoors – at the WAC championship, she finished 14^th in the 10K and 21^st in the 5K. She also placed 4^th in the Texas Relays 10K during the season.

2020-2021: Cross Country - transferred to ACU at midterm, so did not compete for ACU in XC. Indoors – placed 29^th in the SLC 3K race. All T&F athletes can count this as a redshirt season due to the pandemic. Outdoors – finished her first semester at ACU strong, placing 4^th in SLC in both the 5K and 10K at the championship meet.

Before ACU: Placed 4^th in the NAIA indoor 5K in 2020 for Wayland Baptist. Also placed 8^th in the NAIA outdoor 5K in 2019.
