ACU Sports Hall of Fame Nomination Form
Please use this form to nominate persons for the ACU Sports Hall of Fame. Membership may be extended to persons who have actively participated in athletics while a student at ACU, or have been closely associated with the athletics department of the university.
Eligibility Requirement
* The recipient shall have possessed, in addition to outstanding ability in a sport or sports, other qualifications such as sportsmanship, character, and integrity, and the recipient shall be one who has brought distinction to the university.
* The recipient should have completed his or her athletic eligibility and participation at least 10 years prior to election.
* Coaches and officials must have completed their service with the athletics department at least five years prior to election.
* All sports sponsored by the university should be given equal consideration, including any sport which may have been discontinued.
* Special Lifetime Achievement Awards are given to selected individuals who have given special long-term service to the athletics department.
