2009-10 (Junior): Saw action in every game for the Wildcats as a part-time starter … averaged 24 minutes on the season and 7.1 points per game … finished with a season high 16 points in an overtime win at Southeastern Oklahoma (1/7/10) … averaged 3.5 rebounds per game as she shot 78% from the free throw line

2008-09 (Sophomore): Whitaker played a key role as a reserve for the Wildcats as a sophomore … she saw action in every game averaging 3.5ppg and 1.2apg … she scored a career high 11 points against Midwestern State (2/21/09) … she shot 30% from behind the arc for the Wildcats

2007-08 (Freshman): Played in 20 games as a freshman and averaged 8.7 minutes per game. She averaged 1.2 points and 1.3 rebounds per game. She scored a season-high five points on two different occasions and had a season-high four rebounds three different times.

High School: A three-year letterwinner at Longview Pine Tree HS. Whitaker was an all-state selection and a first-team all-district selection her junior year at Pine Tree. She was also a second-team all-district performer her sophomore year. She played varsity basketball for Grandview High School her freshman year and was a first-team all-district selection.
