Prosser will spend the 2007 season as a redshirt.

High school: Played both quarterback and free safety at Celina HS. As a junior in 2005 he stepped in at quarterback for the injured starter and engineered Celina's 30-13 win over Vernon in the Class 3A Division II semifinals. Prosser threw one touchdown pass, ran for, converted a 2-point conversion pass and a kicked a 21-yard field goal in the second half. The next week the Bobcats capped a 16-0 season with a 28-12 win over Omaha Paul Pewitt to record their seventh state championship. Last year, Prosser was a key figure in Celina's 15-1 team that was denied back-to-back state titles by Liberty Hill, which beat Celina, 22-19, in the championship game. Prosser was a three-time all-state selection and perennial all-district selection.
