This Week in ACU Men's Tennis

ABILENE – Abilene Christian heads north to launch Western Athletic Conference action on Saturday at Seattle.

The Wildcats are 8-9 but haven't played since defeating New Mexico, 4-3, on March 13. Seattle comes in at 3-10 after a 4-0 loss at Sacramento State.
 
ACU Storylines
 
Last Time: The Wildcats rallied from being down 3-1 against New Mexico, getting wins from Martin Delnido, Daniel Morozov and Cesar Barranquero for the 4-3 win. Morozov and Barranquero were both down a set before rallying for the win.
 
Fresh Power: Freshman Dennis Dutine leads the team with seven dual wins in singles. Freshman Martin Delnido has the best duals record at 5-3 and has the longest active winning streak at three matches.
 
Delis Dealing: Mihaly and Merse Deli are unbeaten as doubles partners and have twice been named WAC Doubles Team of the Week. The brothers are 8-0 this spring, including a 7-0 mark at third doubles.
 
History with SU: The Wildcats are 3-0 against Seattle all-time, including a 4-3 win in Abilene last season. This will be the first meeting between the teams in Seattle.
 
Scouting the Redhawks: Seattle has lost five of its last six matches. The Redhawks are led by Filip Stipic, who is 4-3 in singles and 4-3 in doubles this season.
