ABILENE – Abilene Christian men's tennis returns to the home courts this weekend with Tyler Junior College and Trinity University visiting at 3 p.m. on Friday and 4 p.m. on Saturday, respectively.
The Wildcats are 4-4 on the season after a 6-1 loss at No. 14 Texas A&M on Tuesday. ACU got the doubles point in that match with
Benjamin McDonald and
Ethan Scribner winning at the second line and
Mihaly Deli and
Merse Deli winning at No. 3 doubles.
TJC is 0-0 on the season and Trinity opens the season at Incarnate Word on Thursday.
ACU played both teams last season, earning a 5-2 win over Tyler and a 7-0 victory over Trinity.
