Longhorns Blank ACU

AUSTIN – Third-ranked Texas dealt Abilene Christian a 7-0 loss on Sunday but the Wildcats showed some grit.
 
Daniel Morozov took six games, losing 6-4, 6-2 to the NCAA's top-ranked player, Eliot Spizzirri at the top of the lineup.
 
Freshman Dennis Dutine was able to win two games against 28^th-ranked Jonah Braswell and Mihaly Deli got four games off of 49^th-ranked Pierre-Yves Bailly. Merse Deli lost 6-2, 6-1, to Siem Woldeab, who is ranked 101^st.
 
ACU's season-opening trek through Power-5 competition resumes Sunday, Jan. 21, when ACU plays at Texas Tech.
