Football Names Captains

ABILENE – Abilene Christian has its captains to start the 2023 football season.
Reese Moore, Maverick McIvor, Anthony Egbo Jr. and Dustin Inness will lead the team as captains.
Moore, a junior offensive lineman from Seminole, and Inness, a senior long-snapper from Phoenix, Ariz., were All-Conference performers last season.
McIvor, a junior quarterback from San Angelo, led the team in passing last season. Egbo, a senior cornerback from Richmond, has established himself as a campus and team leader.
The Wildcats take the field at home on Thursday at 7 p.m. against Northern Colorado.
