ABILENE – Abilene Christian unveiled its 2023 football schedule recently, including five home games and a regular-season finale at Texas A&M.

2023 marks the inaugural season for the United Athletic Conference and the Wildcats play six UAC opponents this season.

Season tickets are on sale now.

The season begins on a Thursday night, Aug. 31, at 7 p.m. when Northern Colorado visits Anthony Field at Wildcat Stadium.

The Cats play at Prairie View A&M on Sept. 9 and return home for a 7 p.m. game on Sept. 16 against powerhouse Incarnate Word on Family Weekend.

ACU heads to Central Arkansas for a 6 p.m. game on Sept. 23 – its first UAC contest.

The Cats play at North Texas on Sept. 30.

After a bye week, the Wildcats celebrate Homecoming on Oct. 14 with the University of North Alabama visiting at 3 p.m. for a conference game.

The Cats are back on the road for two conference weeks at Stephen F. Austin and Southern Utah on Oct. 21 and 28, respectively.

ACU finishes the conference schedule at home against Utah Tech on Nov. 4 and Tarleton State on Nov. 11.

The regular season ends with a trip to College Station to take on Texas A&M on Nov. 18.
