Spring Football Begins Monday

ABILENE – Abilene Christian University football formally embarks on its spring season this month with three open Saturday scrimmages on the horizon.
 
While the contact and non-contact practices for players returning next fall are closed to the public, ACU has scrimmages set for alternating Saturdays, beginning with a 10 a.m. scrimmage on March 25. Another 10 a.m. scrimmage is set for April 1.
 
The spring season culminates with the ACU Football Showcase, which begins at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 15. The Showcase is open to the public with an opportunity for fans to meet the players after the event.
 
Additionally, nine 2022 ACU football alums will demonstrate their strength and skills to NFL scouts in a closed Pro Day session in March.
