Track and Field coaches hosting spring break clinics

ABILENE - Abilene Christian track and field coaches Jerrod Cook (throws) and Kristian Dillard (sprints) are hosting event clinics at Elmer Gray Stadium Saturday and Sunday, March 7 and 8.
Cook will train participants in the shot put and discus, while Dillard's clinics will focus on sprint mechanics and block work. Clinics will start at 12:30 and 2 p.m. both days.
The clinics are open to all athletes from 7th to 12th grade, with a limit of 10 athletes per session. Cost is $30/session per athlete. Entrants must bring your their equipment (throwing implements, running shoes, etc.).
