Q: Can you describe the experience last Saturday of kicking the winning field goal at Mercer?
BZ: It was a great experience. It wasn't the first time I had the opportunity to make one but it was the first one I made. All the guys out there helped out a lot, the guys on the line, the offense and defense, and the battery was amazing too.
Q: When did you know this game essentially was going to come down to you?
BZ: I didn't really know at any specific point, but I was trying to stay ready ever since we got the ball back with the score tied. After their last drive, and we started driving again, I started preparing as soon as I could.
Q: What are the most difficult aspects about field goal kicking?
BZ: The situations you're put in sometimes can be difficult. In this case, knowing you're lining up for the game-winner you have to keep the same rhythms that you always do, act as normal as possible and don't let any of the pressure get to your head in that situation.
Q: What are you most looking forward to while playing at home this weekend?
BZ: Just being here and experience seeing all the fans once again, and not having to travel.
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about the battery of teammates you work closest with on field goals: snapper Dustin Inness and holder Logan Burke.
BZ: They're very hard-working guys who get their work in during practice, pre-practice and before games. I really wouldn't want to have anyone else out there because I know I can always rely on them in any situation.
