DURHAM, N.H. – The ACU Wildcats are on the road for the first time in 2015-16 as they make the program's first trip to the Northeast and the state of New Hampshire in the 96 years of ACU basketball. The Wildcats are completing a two-year contact against New Hampshire with Thursday night's game at Lundholm Gymnasium on the UNH campus.   
ACU is 1-0 on the season after a 73-59 win over Schreiner College last Friday in MoodyColiseum, while New Hampshire is 2-0 after Monday night's 57-52 win at Temple. Tipoff for Thursday night's game is set for 7 p.m. (6 p.m. CST), and the game can be heard locally on  KTLT 98.1 FM The Ticket. New Hampshire leads the series against ACU, 1-0, after last December's 86-75 win in Abilene.
The Wildcats are led by a trio of sophomores in point guard 
Jaylen Franklin, forward 
Jaren Lewis and forward 
Hayden Howell, who combined for 27 points, 19 rebounds, 4 assists, three blocks and four steals in the win over Schreiner. Franklin is the reigning Southland Conference Freshman of the Year and a pre-season first team all-conference selection, and he scored 10 points on 4 of 12 shooting, while also pulling down five rebounds and dishing out three assists in 31 minutes of action. 
Lewis was 6 of 13 from the floor in the game against Schreiner, finishing with a game-high 14 points to go along with a game-high seven rebounds, one assist and three steals in 24 minutes. Howell matched Lewis with seven rebounds, but had a game-high three blocks to go along with three points (1 of 7 from the field).
Senior wing 
Jovan Crnic hit 3 of 7 from 3-point range on his way to 13 points, and also had six rebounds and four assists in 37 minutes.
