FRISCO – Abilene Christian sophomore quarterback
Dallas Sealey, Central Arkansas senior linebacker Garrett Sharp and McNeese sophomore punter/kicker Gunnar Raborn earned Southland Conference Football Player of the Week honors presented by UniversalCoin.com, the league office announced Monday. Sealey took offensive honors while Sharp was named defensive player of the week and Raborn was tabbed the top special teams player.

Dallas Sealey threw a career-high five touchdown passes Saturday afternoon, leading the Wildcats to a 52-27 Homecoming win over UIW for their first win of the season. Sealey, who completed 32 of 44 passes for 346 yards in the game, threw two touchdown passes to
Troy Grant (5 and 32 yards) and running back
Adrian Duncan (6 and 41 yards,) and also threw a 25-yard strike to
D.J. Fuller in the third quarter. Sealey was also the third-leading rusher in the game (second-leading rusher for the Wildcats) with 39 yards on seven carries. He has thrown for 2,015 yards and 16 touchdowns against three interceptions on the season.

Defensive Player of the Week: Garrett Sharp, Central Arkansas
Sharp had eight tackles, a tackle for loss, a pass breakup and a safety when he tackled a Lamar running back in the end zone. The senior linebacker spearheaded a UCA defense that held the Cardinals to 15 rushing yards on 34 attempts and 220 total yards.

Special Teams Player of the Week: Gunnar Raborn, McNeese
Raborn was a perfect 5-for-5 in PAT kicks and 2-2 in field goals in the Cowboys' 48-27 win over Northwestern State. His 27-yard field goal in the third quarter broke a 21-21 tie that gave the Cowboys the lead for the remainder of the game
