ABILENE –ACU will take their eight game winning streak on the road this weekend as they will face off with Lone Star Conference foes Texas Women's and Texas A&M-Commerce on Thursday and Saturday.

LAST TIME OUT
Opening LSC play the Wildcats swept rival Angelo State on the road, 3-0 before dominating Tarleton State, 3-0 in their home opener. The Wildcats held their opponents to a .030 hitting percentage through six sets. Also ACU sits atop the LSC leader board in hitting percentage (.238), opp. hitting pct. (.129), and blocks 92.5 (2.57/set).
HOME SWEET HOME
Inside Moody Coliseum ACU has a 19 game winning streak dating back to Sept.18, 2008. After posting a 13-0 record at home last season the Wildcats are 21-1 over three seasons at Moody Coliseum with Saturday's win over Tarleton State.

Jordan Schilling recorded one of her better weekends. Schilling led ACU offensively hitting .429 in six sets with 16 kills and only committing one error in 35 attempts.
NATIONAL LEADERS
After leading the NCAA DII in blocks per set a year ago senior
Shawna Hines currentlyranks eighth through games on September 19. Hines has 41 total blocks averaging 1.37 per set while leader Carly White of Mount Olive has 61 blocks through 34 sets with a 1.79 per set average.

RECORD WATCH
Shawna Hines and EJ Moronu are both climbing ACU's record book for career blockand career assists respectively. Hines entered the season just 54 blocks behind #2 Amanda Slate (500 career blocks) on the all-time list, she currently has 498 blocks this season. Moronu started the season with 3,678 career assists and is 3rd on the all-time list behind Brittney Binder (4,296) and former assistant coach Lindsey (Martin) Campbell (5,793) in the books.
ON THE ROAD AGAIN
ACU plays 15 of their first 16 matches on the road to open the season. After seasonopening tournaments in Colorado and Austin the Wildcats will continue their road swing traveling to Texas Woman's and Texas A&M-Commerce.
