ABILENE -- The ACU Wildcats saw their two-match winning streak come to an end Friday afternoon at the Teague Special Events Center as the Wildcats lost to Lamar, 4-3, in men's tennis action.
The loss drops the Wildcats to 2-2 before they take on Texas Tech in Lubbock on Saturday and New Mexico in Albuquerque, N.M., on Sunday.
The Cardinals won the doubles point before Lamar and ACU split the six singles matches. ACU played without
Bryan Joiner, who was out with an illness. His availability for the rest of the weekend is unknown.
