Biography

Lone Star Conference titles (1):  Indoor 4x400m Relay (2013)

2012-13 (sophomore):  Lead runner on LSC title team in indoor 4x400 relay in 3:15.62.  Non-scorer in LSC 200 and 400 with prelim times of 22.78 and 50.31 for championship team.  Had best indoor times of 22.46 in 200 at UNM and 49.88 in 400 at UNM.  Moved outdoors to record bests of 21.94 (1.1) in 200 at Texas State and 47.88 in 400 at ACU.  Ran 22.51 in 200 prelims and 48.09 for 3rd in 400 at LSC outdoor meet along with first lap of 3:14.29 in 4x400 for 3rd.  ACU was 3rd in team standings in final LSC appearance.  Named to all-South Central Region team by coaches association.

2011-12 (freshman):  Started collegiate competition with top indoor times of 22.67 in 200 at New Mexico and 50.12 in 400 at Texas Tech with 1:06.84 for 500 at USAF.  Also regular member of 4x400 relay with 3:15.94 at Tech.  Ran 50.20 in 400 prelims at LSC invitational in Lubbock.  Outdoors he improved to 22.44 in 200 in LSC prelims in Commerce and 48.67 in 400 at Texas State in San Marcos.  Ran 49.23 in prelims of LSC 400.  Named all-South Central Region in 4x400 relay by coaches association.  Anchored team to 3:10.42 for third in Texas Relays college 4x400 for top time of season.  Runner-up at LSC meet in 3:11.21 with lap three duties.  Had 3:14.24 in NCAA prelims in Pueblo (also third lap).

High School:  Earned Baker Award as outstanding all-around student for 2009-10 at St. Benedict’s.  Top times on track include 48.04 in 400 and 22.10 in 200 with 46.9 lap on 4x400 relay.  Also competed in soccer.  Ran on winning 4x400 relay (3:08.19) for Trinidad & Tobago at CAC junior championships in 2010 in Santo Domingo.

Personal:  Born 27 Aug 1991.  Attended St. Stephen’s and St. Benedict’s.  Graduated in 2010.  Brother Ade Alleyne-Forte was all-SEC and all-America in 400 at LSU, member of his nation’s IAAF World Championships and Pan American Games teams, competed in 2012 Olympic Games with bronze medal for NR 2:59.40 in 4x400 relay in London behind Bahamas (2:56.72) and U.S. (2:57.05).
