                        Biography
                    
                                                
                        2023-2024: Indoors – competed in 5 meets indoors. Throwing the weight throw, she placed 4 th at the JD
Martin Invitational in Norman, OK and 4 th at the Jarvis Scott Open in Lubbock. At the WAC Championship
meet, she placed 11 th in the weight throw and 13 th in the shot put. Outdoors – redshirted outdoors and
competed unattached in 2 meets.
2022-2023: Indoors – competed in 5 indoor meets during the indoor season. She placed 3 rd  in both the
Washburn Open (Topeka, KS) weight throw and at the TTU Matador Qualifier WT with a new PR of 54-
5.25/16.59m. She finished 16 th  in the WT at the WAC championship. Outdoors – had a busy season
outdoors as she competed in 7 meets for the Wildcats. Highlights included winning the Wes Kittley
Invitational HT, the TTU Masked Rider HT, and the War Hawk Classic HT in a PR throw of 167-10/51.17m.
She also won the DT at the War Hawk Classic and finished 4 th  in the DT at the Oliver Jackson Twilight. She
came very close to scoring at the WAC outdoor championship, finishing 9 th  in both the DT and HT.
2021-2022: Indoors – placed 16 th  in the WAC weight throw. Outdoors – just missed scoring at the WAC
championship as she placed 9 th  in the discus and 12 th  in the hammer throw. She also placed 4 th  in the
Oliver Jackson Twilight DT in a PR throw of  153-7/46.81 and 9 th  in the Michael Johnson Invitational HT.
Before ACU: During her HS senior year in 2021, she won the District 4-6A discus, but did not make it to
the state meet. She was still ranked #35 in the nation among HS discus throwers that year. After her HS
junior year, Kailey placed 5 th  in the AAU National Junior Olympic Games in the discus.
Personal: Graduated from Byron Nelson HS in Trophy Club, TX in 2021. She is majoring in Nutrition at
ACU with graduation scheduled in May, 2025 with the intention of a career as a dietician. Her parents
are Troy and Tandy Roskop.
