{cke_protected}{C} 2011-12 (junior):  Last fall in cross country he competed in six meets and was in ACU’s top five in each, including No. 1 at Baylor, Oklahoma State and Midwestern State.  Top time in 8k was 26:22 at OSU for 91st place.  Won individual title at MSU in 34:33 for 10k and was runner-up at ACU.  LSC Runner of the Week after win at Midwestern for his first collegiate victory.  At league meet in San Angelo he ran 26:30 for 17th place as ACU’s fourth runner for runner-up team that broke streak of 20 straight titles.  One of only three Wildcats at NCAA regional with 32:59 for 10k for 37th in Wichita Falls.

2010-11 (sophomore):  Outdoors in second ACU season he ran 2:03.07 in 800 at UTEP, 4:23.00 in 1500 at UTEP, 15:49.75 in 5k for fourth at LSC meet in Stephenville, and 33:11.76 for fourth in 10k at league meet.  Last season indoors he had top times of 4:29.07 in mile at Nebraska, 8:54.80 for 3k at Nebraska, 15:53.27 in 5k for runner-up at Texas Tech.  Helped Wildcats repeat as LSC champions last fall in cross country.  Ran 25:42.94 for 17th place (fourth Wildcat) at league meet for 8k.  Top times were 19:33.2 for 6k at Baylor, 22:10.24 for 4 miles at Central Missouri, and 33:51.5 for 10k at NCAA Division II national meet in Louisville, Ky.  He was 89th at regional (35:16.49 for 10k) in Warrensburg for runner-up Wildcats and 120th at national meet as ACU finished 15th in team race.

2009-10 (freshman):  In 2009 fall season in cross country placed 36th at LSC meet in 27:51 for 8k for winning Wildcats and 112th at NCAA regional in 36:27 for 10k.   Placed seventh at conference track and field meet in San Angelo in 10k in season’s best 32:12.06 and 10th in 5k in 15:49.41 to help team repeat as league champion.  Top times included 4:17.13 for 1500 (Lubbock), 9:02.21 for 3k (Norman) and 15:18.50 for 5k (Oliver Jackson Classic).  During indoor season ran best of 4:33.40 in mile (Albuquerque).

High School:  Cross country, track and field, and soccer letterman.  County champ in cross country, 3200 and 1600 with school records in each event.  State qualifier in 3200.  Top times include 9:57 for 3200, 4:28 for 1600 and 2:03 for 800.
