Martin Invitational … Finished 15th in shot put (48-4) and 16th in weighted throw (47-10.5) at the Southland Conference Championships … OUTDOORS … Competed in the hammer, javelin and discus throw … Finished runner up in discus at the Southland Conference Championships with a mark of 170-4 … Took first in the hammer toss at the ACU Oliver Jackson Twilight (160-7) and Texas Tech Masked Rider Open (164-7) … Took second at the Texas Tech Masked Rider Open in javelin with a mark of 166-8 and sixth in discus (165-1).
 
2015-16 (Freshman): Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll ... INDOORS … Did not compete and was granted a redshirt season … OUTDOORS … Competed in three meets including the Southland Conference Championships finishing 13th with a discus mark of 146-8.  

High School: Graduated in 2014 from Salado High School … Won the state 2A shot put and discus throws in 2014 … Came to ACU as the 29th-ranked high school discus thrower … Top throw in the discus landed at 186-9, and his 166th-ranked shot put measured at 57-0 … State runner-up in the shot put and discus as a junior … Played football and earned all-state academic honorable mention.
