2011-12 (junior): Indoors in heptathlon he scored 4,279 at USAF and improved to 4,315 for third place at LSC invitational in Lubbock. His best running events were 7.11 in 55, 7.52 in 60, 53.89 in 400, 3:02.04 in 1000, 8.79 in 55 hurdles, and 9.44 in 60 hurdles. In field events he had 12-11.5 (3.95) in pole vault, 5-10.75 (1.80) in high jump, 19-9 (6.02) in long jump, and 33-6 (10.21) in shot put. Outdoors he continued his streak of scoring in league outdoor multi-event each of his three years of collegiate competition. Recorded first two 6k scores of his career. As junior he scored 6,034 for eighth at LSC decathlon in Commerce to help Wildcats repeat as team champion. His only other multi-event outdoors was PR score of 6,103 at Angelo State. Named academic all-LSC for 2012 track and field. His individual marks included 11.55 (2.0) in 100, 52.41 in 400, 4:41.45 in 1500, and 16.41 (1.2) in 110 hurdles in running events. In field events, he had 5-9.75 (1.77) in high jump, 13-11.25 (4.25) in pole vault, 21-2.75 (6.47) (1.7) in long jump, 34-1.25 (10.39) in shot put, 103-6 (31.56) in discus and 130-1 (39.66) in javelin.

2010-11 (sophomore): Finished third in LSC decathlon with 5,992 in Stephenville in first season with Wildcats after transfer. Helped ACU to 1-3-4 finish in multi-event for 23 points in team race as Wildcats won 18th consecutive title. Set only meet record of 2011 LSC championships with 4:41.47 in dec 1500. Moved to third place from sixth after first day. Had top marks of 11.43 in 100, 52.34 in 400, 4:41.47 in 1500, and 16.16 in 110 hurdles in running events. Field event bests were 5-10.75 in high jump, 13-1.5 in vault, 20-9.25 in long jump, 32-1.5 in shot, 98-8 in discus and 133-7 in javelin. Also scored 5,943 in April and 5,754 in March at Angelo State. During indoor season he scored 3,548 in heptathlon at Texas Tech with NH in vault. Top indoor marks included 7.05 in 55, 23.60 in 200, 2:59.75 in 1000 and 9.06 in 55 hurdles with 5-10 in high jump, 12-7.5 in vault, 19-9 in long jump, and 32-0.75 in shot.

Colorado School of Mines (2009-10): Competed in decathlon for Ore Diggers. Placed sixth in RMAC decathlon at 5,285w after also placing sixth in RMAC indoor heptathlon.

High school: Competed in soccer and track and field. MVP honors in soccer for Cougars. Valedictorian of graduating class.

Personal: 2009 graduate of Cooper High School in Abilene. Born 04 April 1991. Father David Stark was vaulter for Rice University, sister Jessica played soccer at Colorado School of Mines.
