2012-13 (senior):  In limited action, ran 30:34 at McMurry (35^th place), 34:01 at Oklahoma State (126) and 29:58 at league meet (60) in Lawton, Okla., in 8k appearances.  Team’s fifth runner at LSC as Wildcats finished seventh.

2011-12 (junior):  Best times indoors were 49.83 in 400 prelims at LSC invitational in Lubbock and 1:54.66 to win 800 at LSC invitational.  Also ran 2:41.58 in 1000 at USAF with assignment on season’s best 4x400 performance of 3:15.94 at Texas Tech. He was LSC Track Athlete of the Week after outdoor 800 win with 1:50.46 at Texas State in San Marcos.  Also member of coaches association’s all-South Central Region team in 800 and 4x400 relay.  His other performances included 49.92 in 400 at UTEP, 1:54.92 in NCAA 800 prelims in Pueblo and 1:55.14 in LSC prelims of 800.  A regular on 4x400 with best time of 3:10.42 in Texas Relays college division (third).  Also 3:11.21 for second at LSC meet in Commerce and 3:14.24 in NCAA prelims.

Junior college:  Competed for Iowa Western CC.  Came to ACU with top times of 1:53.54 in 800 in 2011 and 48.0 in 400.  NJCAA qualifier in 800 and 4x800 indoors and 800, 4x400 and 4x800 outdoors.  PR came at JC Region XI meet as soph in 2011.  Also has 1:53.54 indoors at Northern Iowa as soph in 2011.  Also ran 1:53.93 outdoors as frosh at Doane College Relays.

High school:  Performances included 1:55.99 at state meet in 2009 as senior to finish fourth and help team win MSHSAA Class 4 state title.  Ran best of 49.68 in 400 in 2009.  Fifth at state as junior in 1:56.30.  Won Suburban North Conference 800 as senior in 1:57.4 to help team win title.  Also competed in cross country for Spartans.
