Fall 2015 (Senior): Played in all four fall tournaments and tied Ryan Beatty for the lowest scoring average over 11 rounds (74.1). … He had a low round of 70 in the first round of the Ram Masters Invitational on his way to an 11th-place finish in the individual medalist standings.
2014-15 (Junior): Vaughn was named a Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America scholar, joining 205 other NCAA Division I golfers on the Golf Coaches' Association of America team. … To be eligible for All-America scholar status, an individual must be a junior or senior academically, compete in at least three full years at the collegiate level, participate in 50 percent of his team's competitive rounds, have a stroke-average under 76.0 in Division I, 78.0 in Division II, 77.0 in NAIA and 79.0 in Division III, and maintain a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.2.
