A: We’ll mail credentials directly to the address provided at registration. If a gift requires in-person pickup, we’ll share the time and location details with you in advance.
Q: How will I know if my child is selected for a game day experience?
A: A Google Calendar invitation will be sent to your email at least 2 weeks prior to game day. Be sure to accept or decline the invite—this helps us finalize plans.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email 72 hours before the event, this indicates that your child was not selected this time, but they’ll still be considered for future opportunities.

Q: Can my child participate in more than one experience?
A: Absolutely! Selection is based on the order of responses to the interest form we’ll send out. While we do our best to accommodate everyone, we prioritize those who respond early and aim to ensure all members get a chance to participate.
Q: What happens if my child is late to their scheduled experience?
A: We strive to keep our experiences on schedule. If your child is late, we cannot guarantee their participation in that experience. In the case of an emergency or special circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible at wildcatsmarketing@groupmail.acu.edu.
Q: What is the purpose of the Rally Cats Kids Club, and what can I expect as a parent?
A: Rally Cats is a fun, all-access club that gives young Wildcat fans the chance to feel part of the game-day experience. As a parent, you’ll receive all the info you need via email/text—plus reminders and invites—so your child can enjoy unique experiences and create lasting memories with ACU Athletics.
Q: What if I purchase the program at a game or the day before—can my child still participate in game day activities?
A: Credentials will NOT be available for pick up less than 24 hours before game day. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we are unable to distribute credentials on the day of the game or during weekend home events.
