We are very excited to announce the first year of the ACU Athletics Golf Classic and want to extend a special invitation to each of you to join for this special event. The 2010 tournament
will be played at the beautiful and prestigious Mira Vista Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas, on
Monday, June 28, 2010. This is my personal invitation to you to register and become a
tournament participant and/or sponsor today and join us for a fun day of golf, fellowship and
food and most of all a great cause - impacting the lives of ACU student-athletes.
Proceeds from the the tournament will go to benefit ACU Athletics and the Lettermen's Association.
The ACU Lettermen's Association has a proud tradition of providing extraordinary opportunities
and life-changing experiences for 400-plus student-athletes each year in all of our programs.
The following items are made possible through the dues collected and financial contributions
by members of the ACU Lettermen's Association: personalized Bibles are given to every first-year lettermen upon their return
to campus the following year; "A" rings are purchased and awarded to all graduating ACU lettermen at the conclusion
of their eligibility; funds underwrite the cost of our ACU Sports Hall of Fame Induction Banquet each homecoming in which
we recognize Wildcat greats from the past; and other special life skills programming (i.e. speakers, workshops, etc.) to prepare
students for life after sports. We believe that these "investments" provide our student-athletes with the intangibles they need
to become successful community leaders like each of you.

of the tournament registration form if you prefer to complete that and mail it back in by the June 14 deadline. There are also
opportunities to contribute as a tournament sponsor if you desire and details can be found on the online registration page as well.
We are very excited about this inaugural event and hope that you can join us and support our outstanding staff, coaches
and student-athletes! This year's participants will get an opportunity to meet current Wildcat coaches and other special guests
slated to be in attendance (Bernard Scott - Cincinnati Bengals and Johnny Knox and Danieal Manning - Chicago Bears).
