You may have seen a new look to ACU's student sections at home football and basketball games this fall. The Wildcat Wranglers, decked out in their purple and white striped overalls, are a new student group on campus. This group of nine freshmen have made it a point to get there early, stay late, and be loud for the Wildcats! The Wranglers were personally invited by head coach Keith Patterson to travel with the team to the Central Arkansas game on Nov. 22.
We talked with two of their members to learn more about the group and why they're so passionate about the Purple and White. And in the second half of this episode, we have some fun getting to know about the personal interests of a few players outside of football.
The ACU Sports Podcast brings you closer to the Wildcat coaches and student-athletes you cheer for. We strive to tell the story of ACU Athletics in a deeper way.
