Goggans Posts Top WAC Time in Arkansas

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Cooper Goggans posted Abilene Christian's seventh-best time as the Wildcats' lone entry at the Arkansas Twilight Meet on Friday.
 
Goggans finished second in the men's 800 meters in 1:48.20.
 
He trimmed more than two seconds off of his previous best this season with the best time in the Western Athletic Conference. Pending other results, Goggans is now 20^th in the West.
 
ACU competes in the WAC Outdoor Championships next week in Utah.
