Olivia Marble established a new ACU Division I era single season record with her 14th double. Calie Burris (2022) and Peyton Hedrick (2015) had 13,
Sammie Shelander has 12 this season.
The Wildcats had eight hits, including a double and a triple by
Bubba Rote.

Kaydee Bennett each contributed a singles.

Bennett scored on an error in the first for an early lead and ACU added two more runs in the second with an RBI double by Rote and a sacrifice fly by
Miranda Lista.

ACU had a 4-1 lead but SUU scored seven runs in the bottom of the third and never trailed again.

Marble scored on an error in the third inning and Shelander and White added RBI doubles in the fifth.

Lina Russo was charged with the pitching loss.

ACU visits Stephen F. Austin to start a three-game series at 6 p.m. on Friday. The Cats play the Jacks in a Saturday doubleheader, beginning at noon.
