Jones tallies three shot attempts against Seattle U

ABILENE  – Senior Natalie Jones led ACU's shot total with three and continues to climb the record books in the 2-0 defeat against Seattle U on Sunday afternoon at Elmer Gray Stadium. The Wildcats (4-8-4, 0-6-3 WAC) trailed 1-0 at halftime, and Seattle U (10-5-2, 7-1-1 WAC) put the game away with a penalty goal in the second half as well. Jones is now in the fifth spot on the all-time in career shot attempts after Sunday's game. ACU will close the season next week with the final two games of the fall.

The Goals
- 28' | With a howling wind at their back in the first half, the Redhawks capitalized with a score from Kaylee Coatney after a ball was deflected around in the box.
- 70' | About the only way to score in the second half for Seattle U, going now into the wind, was via a penalty kick. After a foul in the box, Kacey LaBoda scored to put the visitors up 2-0.

The Numbers
- Seattle U led 15-10 in shot attempts, including 6-3 in shots placed on frame.
- Lily Foster tallied four saves in 90 minutes in net.
