ABILENE—After making the long trip to California and back, the Wildcats were back in Moody on Saturday night where they earned a huge five-set victory over Grand Canyon. Abilene Christian got out to a 2-0 set lead behind two close sets to begin the night. The Lopes would edge out the Wildcats in the next two sets to force the decisive fifth set. ACU raced out to a 5-1 lead in the fifth and never looked back on their way to a dominant 15-9 win to take the match.

- Bryley Steinhilber was once again a force for the Wildcats as she led the team with 17 kills and a career-high 21 digs.
- Andie Sheppard had another solid night in just her second appearance at libero, tallying a career-high 15 digs and passing phenomenally in serve receive.
- Ashli Edmiston tallied her seventh double-double of the year with 14 kills and matching a season-high 18 digs.
- Braden Bossier tallied 10 kills and led the team with a .292 hitting percentage.

- The Wildcats snapped a five-match losing streak with the win and earned their second conference win of the year.
- Bossier was just one block shy of tying her season-high with seven on the night, she leads the team with 60 blocks on the season.
- Madeline Guffy notched her second 30-plus assist night with 31.
