Volleyball preps for first round of WAC Tournament

LAS CRUCES, N.M. - ACU clinched the eight-seed in the 2021 WAC Tournament and will face a familiar foe on Thursday morning. The team will see Sam Houston for the third time this season, the teams split during the regular season with each winning on their home court. The match will kick off WAC Tournament play and the Wildcats are looking to play upset and earn a win over the top-seeded Bearkats. If the Wildcats pull off the upset, it would be familiar territory as they earned the eight-over-one upset in the 2017 Southland Tournament over SFA.
