ABILENE—ACU Athletics and the Wildcat softball team are proud to announce their participation in the Stand Beside Her tour in partnership with USA Softball. The Wildcats will travel to Dallas where they will play the first game of a doubleheader to help prepare the US National Team for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.
"We are honored and excited to be slated to compete against Team USA this season," said Abilene Christian Head Coach,
Abigail Farler. "This is a unique opportunity to be able to help prepare Team USA for their run at an Olympic Gold Medal this summer in Tokyo. We look forward to meeting in Dallas in April!"

ACU in 2020
The Wildcats started the season by playing a tough non-conference tournament schedule. ACU has faced Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Northwestern, and North Texas in their non-conference slate. The team has gone 7-14 through the first three weeks of action and will be back in action this week as they head to Louisiana to take on McNeese, Friday and Saturday.
