ABILENE – Abilene Christian coach John Walker has scheduled several meet and greets at the Wildcats' brand new John T.L. Jones Tennis Building to coincide with each date of the team's upcoming four-match homestand. Free refreshments will be provided.

The first two meet and greets are set for Friday (March 29) and Sunday (March 31) following duals vs. Southland Conference opposition from Nicholls and New Orleans. With the Wildcats' match vs. the Colonels beginning at 11 a.m., and their contest against the Privateers starting at noon, the meet and greets will take place 10 minutes after the conclusion of each dual, which generally last three hours. 

ACU sports an 8-8 overall record and is off to a 4-0 start vs. the league, tied for first place with Northwestern State. Nicholls is still looking for its Southland victory at 0-4, while New Orleans is 1.0 game ahead of the Colonels at 1-3.

The Wildcats are 4-1 lifetime vs. Nicholls and and 5-0 vs. UNO.

ACU's men's tennis team, which will play its first conference matches this weekend, is 14-4 on the year and will share courts with the women's team for each of the meet and greet dates.
