ABILENE -- Abilene Christian men's tennis finished at ITA Texas Regionals Sunday at Baylor, collecting 13 wins over three days.
ACU's biggest win of the tournament was its doubles team of
Jackson Fine and
Jonathan Sheehy upsetting the fifth-seeded Texas A&M duo of Rollins / Smith, 8-7 (0) to reach the semifinals.
Fine and Sheehy also reached the quarterfinal round in the singles consolation bracket.
The Wildcats additionally collected wins over individuals and doubles teams from Rice, Texas, UTRGV, Texas Tech, TCU, Baylor, Lamar, SMU, and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
ACU concludes the fall portion of its schedule this weekend with a trip to Phoenix for the Grand Canyon Invitational.
