Live AudioABILENE - The first-ever meeting between the Abilene Christian and TCU volleyball teams will be a televised affair Tuesday night as the match was recently picked up by Fox Sports Southwest Plus.
DirecTV owners should be able to find FSSW+ on channel 677 or 677-1, while Dish Network subscribers can find it between channels 444-453 and 473-478.
Suddenlink Cable subscribers in Abilene can watch the match, which starts at 6:30 p.m. on channel 81.
GoFrogs.com also will provide live stats and audio stream of all the action.
The Wildcats enter this match at 1-8 following their 1-2 weekend at the Mean Green Classic hosted by North Texas. ACU lost in four sets to both North Texas and Utah Valley before rallying from a set down to top Jackson State, 3-1. The Wildcats defeated the Tigers by scores of 21-25, 25-20, 25-12, 25-23 to earn third-place team honors.

Lexi Mercier each were named to the Mean Green Classic's All-Tournament Team. Loerch recorded 36 kills on 115 total attacks and contributed 14 digs through 12 sets, while Mercier registered 13 total blocks and 23 kills to go along with a .298 attack percentage.
Mercier hit .348 against Jackson State, leading the team with 13 kills and 3.0 blocks for 16 points. Freshman outside hitter
Stephanie Schoelman (11 kills, .350) and junior setter
Sarah Siemens (7 kills, .583 and 31 assists) also hit well above average vs. the Tigers as the Wildcats finished with a .307 hitting percentage.
The Horned Frogs are 3-1 at home this fall, but 6-4 overall after losing two of three matches last weekend at the Shamrock Invitational hosted by Notre Dame. TCU started its weekend with a solid 3-1 win over the Fighting Irish only to then be blanked by Northern Iowa and lose a 2-0 lead in a 3-2 defeat to Northeastern.
Senior Stephanie Holland leads TCU with 99 kills, 3.16 points and 2.91 kills per set and a .295 attacking percentage. Junior Sutton Sunstrom averages 4.50 digs per set, and at the net, sophomore Regan McGuire has blocked 23 shots, including four that were solo efforts.
TCU is the second of three Big 12 schools on ACU's 2014 schedule. The Wildcats lost their season opener at Baylor on Aug. 29 and will play at Texas Tech later this week during the Lone Star Showdown. The two-day tournament also includes Weber State and Air Force.
