WICHITA FALLS, Texas - Abilene Christian's third-ranked women's tennis team continued its dominance over the Lone Star Conference Wednesday afternoon following a 6-3 win against 40th-ranked Midwestern State.
The win lifted the Wildcats' season and conference records to 13-5 and 3-0, while the Mustangs fell to 6-5 and 1-1.

Micah Hermsdorf and Hannah Kelly were all double winners for ACU. With her twin sister, Laura, out for today's match with an injury, Julia teamed up for the first time with freshman
Nada Marjanovic and picked up a convincing win at No. 3 over Taylor Coffman and Fatima Clementino, 8-3.
And at No. 1, the 14th-ranked all-America duo of Hermsdorf and Kelly doubled up Kayla Casey and Madeline Schorlemmer, 8-4.
In singles, Mongin and Hermsdorf took care of business in straight sets at the No. 1 and 2 positions, respectively, over Coffman and Sarita Adhikary, while Kelley upended Kendra Casey at No. 6, 6-0, 6-1.
Kaysie Hermsdorf improved to 9-3 and 4-1 at No. 4 following her 7-6, 6-1 win over Lauren Pineda.
The Wildcats return to action Saturday for a home doubleheader vs. Texas-El Paso (9 a.m.) and Texas-Permian Basin (4 p.m.). ACU also will play Sunday at St. Mary's and Texas-San Antonio.
