WEATHERFORD, Okla. -- The 18th-ranked ACU Wildcats will be back on the road this weekend as they take on Southwestern Oklahoma State in Weatherford, Okla.
Game time from Milam Stadium is set for 6 p.m. ACU (2-1 overall and 1-0 in the Lone Star Conference) has won back-to-back games over Texas State and Southeastern Oklahoma State after a season-opening loss at Central Oklahoma. The Bulldogs, meanwhile, are 3-1 overall and 1-1 in the LSC and are coming off a 38-8 win over Oklahoma Panhandle State last week.
The game can be heard locally on KYYW 1470 AM with Steve Strain calling the play-by-play action. Wildcat Insiders will need to check the ACU Web site (www.acusports.com) at 6 p.m. to see if the live audio/video broadcast will be available on the wireless connection from Milam Stadium. If it's not, a recording of the game will be uploaded to the ACU Web site by 10 a.m. Sunday.
