ABILENE -- ACU and KRBC-TV are teaming up to bring Wildcat fans in Abilene and the surrounding area a glimpse inside ACU football with the Sept. 1 debut of "The Chris Thomsen Show."
The show, which will feature ACU head coach Chris Thomsen during the fall, will be broadcast on both KRBC-TV in Abilene and KSAN-TV in San Angelo at 12:30 p.m. each Saturday during the fall. ACU's other fall sports -- women's soccer, volleyball and men's and women's cross country -- will also be part of the show on selected weeks.
During the spring (January-June), the show will be called the "Wildcat Sports Report" and will be broadcast at 10:30 p.m. the first Sunday of each month.
The debut of the show (Sept. 1) will be pushed back to 2 p.m. because of KRBC's prior commitment to broadcast a local high school football game.
