National Anthem Performer Interest Form
Wildcat Fans - If you are interested in performing the National Anthem at ACU sporting events, please fill out the form below with your name, email, phone number and a video of your rendition of the National Anthem (signing or playing) at performance volume. Performances at our events must be under 2 minutes.
