2012-13 (senior):  ACU’s top runner at league cross country meet last fall with 23:40 for 6k to place 20th as individual as team placed ninth.  Also team’s top runner at Midwestern State with 23:48 (seventh place) for 6k.  Other times included 20:34 (11) at McMurry, 21:11 (31) at Texas Tech and 20:08 (57) at Oklahoma State in 5k races.

2011-12 (junior):  In cross country she finished 18th at league meet in San Angelo with 23:35 for 6k to help team to fourth.  Top individual finish was third at ACU with 20:03 for 6k.  Was ACU’s No. 3 runner at five of her six meets.  Indoor 800 champion at LSC invitational in 2:16.01 and also had 2:16.04 at New Balance in New York City for 18th place.  Ran 3:10.38 in 1000 at USAF.  Also regular member of 4x400 that won LSC invitational in 3:48.37. Her outdoor season was topped by 2:10.95 in prelims at NCAA Division II meet in Pueblo.  Placed fourth in windy conditions at final (2:12.65) at NCAA and runner-up at league meet in Commerce in 2:11.54.  Other top two-lap times included 2:11.29 at Oliver Jackson Classic in Abilene.  Also ran 4:44.29 in 1500 for fifth at LSC meet.  Regular member of 4x400 relay team that ran season’s best of 3:43.27 in NCAA prelims, 3:43.88 to win LSC title for first time since 3:45.03 in 2008, 3:43.95 for runner-up at Texas State and 3:44.06 for fifth in Pueblo.

Junior college:  Competed in cross country and track and field for two years at Iowa Central CC.  Top times included 2:13 in 800.  Won NJCAA indoor title in 1000 as soph in 2011 at school record 2:58.14 and helped ICCC win national team title in 2010 as frosh.

High school:  Competed at Pine Ridge Secondary School in Pickering, Ontario, Canada.  Finished 5th in senior girls 400 at OFSAA and set multiple school records.  MVP of track and cross country teams and won school’s athlete of the year award.

Personal:  2009 graduate of Pine Ridge Secondary School.  Canadian born 31 March 1991 in Toronto, Ontario.
